Do you want to know how your Visitors' stay at your accommodation really was?
If you can answer yes, then sign up now to participate in the Visitor Satisfaction Program.
The program allows guests to provide feedback on their experience at accommodations / campgrounds throughout Atlantic Canada and operators to learn more about your individual strengths and weaknesses. This will also allow YOU the opportunity to use this information in a number of ways; testimonials from surveys to help future visitors learn about your property and information from surveys can be used as a tool to help train staff as examples.
Sample comments that participants are making include:
"Having an unbiased user friendly system in place that guests can provide honest feedback about the property they have stayed at, is extremely important to be a part of. Logging in often and sharing this information with our management team has made us a much more guest oriented property."Jim Gertridge Rodd Miramichi River A Rodd Signature Hotel
“Any feedback we get is a chance to improve and any chance we get to improve is better for our business” Diane Maher, Comfort Inn, New Glasgow
The program was launched August 22, 2008, participation has grown to over 160 campground and fixed roof operators and has provided over 6000 constructive comments.
As a reminder, information and comments from your visitors will only be made available to you. The macro data / information is being reviewed by your Provincial Tourism Departments and Tourism Industry Associations. Overall service strengths and deficiencies from our visitors' feedback will be used to determine what areas may require the development of training programs. See statistic examples here...
